Why do we have this policy?

No News No Shoes has this privacy policy as we care about the personal information we hold about out clients and therefore we take our security of that information very seriously. This policy is to lay out the sort of information we ask for, why it is we ask for it and how we use it.

 

What information do we collect about you and why?

The information we collect depends on how you get in contact with us and the service you require. Wheather thats signing up to our newsletter on our website, emailing or calling us for a quote or when you make a booking with us.

 

  1. Email newsletter sign up – if you choose to signup to recieve our newsletter, via our website you will be asked to provide the following information your  name and email address. This information will then be entered into our database which is secured with  password and you can then expect quarterly emails sent be sent to the email you have provided us with. However if you want you change your mind about receiving these emails you will also be given the option to either unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.   2. Quotation requests (online or by phone) – so that we can give you the best customer service possible when creating and providing your quote we will ask you for the following personal information at the time of the request, your name, email address and a telephone number that we are able to contact you on.  Please note we will only use this information to respond efficiently to your request. Your emails address will automatically be added to our newsletter database, however please note you are able to unsubscribe at anytime using the link provided in our newsletter.
